MAAD Clipper is an internal business tool developed for Merritt Amanti Architecture & Design, Inc. (“MAAD”) to assist staff with product sourcing and project documentation.

MAAD Clipper accesses content from a product webpage only when a user initiates the clipping workflow. This content may include product names, descriptions, manufacturer information, model numbers, pricing, dimensions, finishes, images, hyperlinks, and product specification documents.

MAAD Clipper uses Google authentication to access Google Sheets and Google Drive resources authorized by the user. Product information selected or reviewed by the user may be saved to MAAD project spreadsheets and Drive folders as part of the extension's intended function.

MAAD Clipper does not sell user data, use user data for advertising, or use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. It does not independently track users' browsing history, keystrokes, location, personal communications, health information, or financial information.

Information accessed by MAAD Clipper is used only to provide the extension's product-clipping and project-documentation functions.

Google account authorization and access are handled through Google's authentication services. Users may revoke the extension's access through their Google account settings.
